η) Ποσοστό σαράντα τοις εκατό (40%) του συνολικού ετήσιου ποσού των πιο κάτω δαπανών, που δεν μπορεί να υπερβεί τα οκτώ χιλιάδες (8.000) ευρώ, στις οποίες υποβάλλεται ο φορολογούμενος, η σύζυγός του και τα τέκνα που τους βαρύνουν:

αα) του ποσού που καταβάλλεται για δαπάνες δεξιώσεων γάμων και βαπτίσεων, καθώς και σε ταβέρνες και εστιατόρια και σε κάθε είδους χώρους εστίασης και ψυχαγωγίας, με εξαίρεση τα εστιατόρια ταχείας εξυπηρέτησης και αυτά που είναι εντός ξενοδοχείων και πλοίων,
ββ) του ποσού της δαπάνης που καταβάλλεται σε μεσίτες ακινήτων, ωδεία, σχολές χορού και ρυθμικής, σχολές πολεμικών τεχνών, γυμναστήρια, κολυμβητήρια, ινστιτούτα ή κέντρα αδυνατίσματος και αισθητικής, κομμωτήρια, διαιτολόγους, διατροφολόγους, ομοιοπαθητικούς, λογοθεραπευτές και μασέρ,

γγ) του ποσού της δαπάνης που καταβάλλεται για παροχή υπηρεσιών επισκευής κλιματισμού (ψύξης - θέρμανσης) και εξαερισμού,
δδ) του ποσού της δαπάνης που καταβάλλεται για παροχή υπηρεσιών σε υδραυλικούς, ηλεκτρολόγους, ελαιοχρωματιστές και λοιπά επαγγέλματα που αφορούν επισκευή και συντήρηση οικοδομών.

Το ποσό των δαπανών αυτών υπολογίζεται αθροιστικά και για τους δύο συζύγους και εκπίπτει από το συνολικό τους εισόδημα, εφόσον έχει περιληφθεί στην αρχική δήλωση. Μερίζεται δε μεταξύ των συζύγων ανάλογα με το ύψος του εισοδήματος του καθενός που φορολογείται με τις γενικές διατάξεις, όπως αυτό δηλώθηκε με την αρχική εμπρόθεσμη δήλωση.
Με απόφαση του Υπουργού Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών καθορίζονται οι λεπτομέρειες και η διαδικασία εφαρμογής των διατάξεων της παραγράφου αυτής.

This is my comment to the “Microsoft Vision of 2019” article at Fast Company:

Regarding transparent LCDs on mobile devices, you could fake them:

When you hold the mobile device in the air, they can just have a camera at their back and display what the camera sees with superimposed contextual digital information (Augmented Reality). See Intel's OpenCV Computer Vision open source library regarding Computer Vision.

If the device is placed on a MultiTouch projector surface (like Microsoft Surface), the surface can recognize the device's proximity and its visual boundaries (using the FTIR technology that can recognize IR light changes on a surface using a camera) and can talk to the mobile device to send it the image of what is displayed (or what was supposed to be displayed before if a docking placeholder is displayed when the device touches the surface) on the surface under the mobile device, and the mobile device can be clever enough to display what is streamed from the surface device to it, making it seem transparent.

You should definitely watch “World Builder” video by filmmaker Bruce Branit (owner of Branit VFX visual effects company). Very cool visual effects and a really touching end at this short film.

Το ΥΠ.ΕΣ. δημιούργησε πρόσφατα την πολύ χρήσιμη υπηρεσία e-themis / ΡΑΠΤΑΡΧΗΣ για να έχουν όλοι επιτέλους δωρεάν πρόσβαση στο κείμενο του νόμου:

  Το Υπουργείο Εσωτερικών, αξιοποιώντας τις νέες τεχνολογίες πληροφορικής και επικοινωνιών, είναι, πλέον, σε θέση να προσφέρει στον πολίτη άμεση και ηλεκτρονική πληροφόρηση και για τη νομοθεσία που τον ενδιαφέρει. Χρησιμοποιώντας τον νέο διαδικτυακό τόπο που διαμορφώσαμε, κάθε ενδιαφερόμενος έχει δωρεάν πρόσβαση στο σύνολο της ελληνικής νομοθεσίας (νόμοι, διατάγματα και κανονιστικές αποφάσεις, όπως δημοσιεύονται στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβερνήσεως) από συστάσεως του Ελληνικού κράτους. Μέσα από 42 θεματικές ενότητες αλλά και δυνατότητες αναζήτησης με λέξεις – κλειδιά, οι πολίτες οδηγούνται, εύκολα και γρήγορα, και, το κυριότερο, δωρεάν, στη νομική πληροφορία που χρειάζονται. Μάλιστα, η διαρκής επικαιροποίηση που γίνεται διασφαλίζει την ακρίβεια των στοιχείων.

  Θέτουμε εμπράκτως την Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση στην υπηρεσία του πολίτη και της διευκόλυνσης της καθημερινότητάς του και κάνουμε συνεχώς βήματα προς την κατεύθυνση αυτή.
